- Managing Personal Data
KAYAKU makes best efforts to keep personal data accurate and up to date. KAYAKU takes necessary and appropriate measures for the prevention of leakage, loss or damage and for other security control of personal data.
- Disclosing, Correcting and Discontinuing Use of Retained Personal Data
If KAYAKU receives a request from an individual to disclose, correct or discontinue the use of retained personal data, KAYAKU takes necessary and appropriate action in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations after confirming the individual.
- Handling of Complaints
KAYAKU establishes a contact point which manages complaints about the handling of personal information and, in case of accepting a complaint from an individual, copes with it in good faith.
